Our preferred shipping carrier is now FedEx!
Please note that we are a small company, and hence, do not benefit from corporate price breaks on shipping. Our wish is to provide an insured, reliable & trackable shipping source that transports our product to you. With FedEx, our estimated shipping price is based on your zip code, and as such, prices will vary. Damage claims are rare, but let us know asap if something has broken in transit. Photos are required to help us launch a claim and find a solution for you.
If International Shipping is possible, such orders will ship via the Unites States Postal Service. Please include your full address and a phone number so that we may generate a shipping quote for you. At this time, we cannot guarantee an out-of-country shipping option nor insurance or tracking on such orders.

PS: The process is a labor of love, unpacking, inspecting, sometimes re-touching, signing each and then preparing the orders for shipment. During a web sale, Johanna and JP will tag-team the steps and spend quite a few late nights in their dungeon, preparing the orders. Fortunately, Jack is there to try out the boxes before they ship!
To package your orders, most shipping materials are recycled and some boxes are sourced from Johanna and JP's favorite organic grocer. So, if a package arrives with refrigeration warnings or a "perishable" label, no worries. The contents should be just fine, especially after the boxes are thoroughly inspected by their black cat Jack! :)
