With FedEx, our estimated shipping price is based on your zip code, and as such, prices will vary. However, for this sale, we are offering a $15 flat shipping rate up to 6 items in one box! ENJOY THE SAVINGS! Damage claims are rare, but let us know asap if something was damaged in transit. Photos are required to help us launch a claim and find a solution for you.
If International Shipping is possible, such orders will ship via the Unites States Postal Service, and rates will vary. Our process is a labor of love, unpacking, inspecting, often re-touching, signing each and then preparing the orders for shipment. During a big web sale, Johanna and JP will tag-team the steps and spend quite a few late nights in their dungeon, preparing the orders. Fortunately, Jack is there to try out the boxes before they ship!
To package your orders, most shipping materials are recycled and boxes are sourced from Johanna and JP's favorite organic grocer. So, if a package arrives with refrigeration warnings or a "perishable" label, no worries. The contents should be just fine, especially after the boxes are thoroughly inspected by their black cat Jack! :)
