Vincent CarnivOwl is a sculpted and hand painted papier mache owl ball character. His feathered, textural head and large round dimensional eyes promise to captivate. Carnival style scallops and stripes decorate his ball shaped base and complement his conical hat. A series of stars, dashes and dots surround the design. A black neck wisp and hand-stitched vintage crepe paper collar, add more interest and complete is festive look. Black glass glitter trims his hat for a pinch of carny magic.
