Harley O’Quin is a sculpted and hand painted papier mache jack-o’-lantern head. His arching eyes, brows and jolly grin are all recessed for a pumpkin-carved touch. A striped conical nose adds whimsy and complements his antiqued black & white hat. Those bulbous cheeks complete this charming little jack. Black glass glitter trims his hat for a hint of shimmer.
